Main Air Ducts
FLR CropDrying main air ducts are supplied to suit a variety of storage heights and made available to suit timber floors, above-floor laterals and level-floor laterals. Building dividers can be provided to connect from the duct walkway to the building roof, and we can also deliver tailor-made designs, including wide-end sections and walkway-mounted plenum chambers to house the fans.
The main air ducts are manufactured using the same high-grade timber as in our floor products. They are supplied with hardwood or softwood frames and hardwood faced ply cladding.
Optional higher grade fully hardwood ply is also available, along with phenolic resin coated ply for the optimal covering.
Our main air ducts are carefully designed and constructed to ensure minimal system loss and achieve maximum drying performance.
Self Installation
If you choose DIY installation, we will calculate and supply everything, from timber, ply cladding, walkway structure, access ladders and anchor brackets to the hire of specialist equipment and one day’s training to get you started.
Expert Installation
Alternatively, a full installation service is available. Our skilled, experienced teams work quickly and efficiently to a high standard of finish.
