Fans and Burners
We supply and install a wide range of centrifugal and axial-flow fans, from low-pressure axial units used for drying vegetable crops & woodchip, to high-pressure centrifugal and multi-stage axial fans used for drying cereals and seed crops. All our fans can be delivered complete with wire guards, silencers, mounting feet, bellmouth entries and dampers as required.
Our controllers provide automatic operation by sensing air temperature and/or air relative humidity to control the drying fan & heat source within pre-set limits.
We supply gas burners which maintain high levels of safety without imposing any pressure differential on the main fan. Our burner range include portable units with integral controllers, to industrial style units with high specification modulating controls for maintaining either temperature or humidity levels.
Automatic Control Panels
Our automatic control panels can be supplied complete with a range of options:
- door interlocking isolators,
- fan selector switches,
- remote stop terminals,
- louvre controls
- fan-run hours-meter,
- time clocks,
- anti-condensation panel heater
- interlocked burner electrical supply terminals or sockets.
- Star delta, soft start or inverter starters
- Interlocked fridge control terminals
- All circuits are protected by modern circuit breaker technology.
